Introduction And History

In 1998, Ms. Susana García, from who the name ICI SUGAR was derived, had the urge to share her culinary knowledge and began giving classes in her home. She felt it were necessary for the community in Pharr, Texas to develop a group of professionals who specialized in culinary arts. These professionals currently instruct classes within the institute with the utmost educational quality.

Our mission is to form professionals in culinary arts, and commit to giving the best education with the necessary tools to facilitate and maintain the educational excellence of our graduates.
